My experience with Thornton Chevrolet exceeded all my expectations. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle selection was exceptional. And the care and effort put forth by Doug and the entire sales team gave me great confidence in doing business with them. I will recommend Doug Freeze and Thornton Chevy to all my friends and family and will be sure to return for future purchases!

First time buying a car. I drove to SC to visit my Grandparents and while I was pulling into a gas station my car stalled. I was in my 3 month warranty. Even though my warranty said that all work to the car can only be done by Thornton in Manchester. They went ahead and let another Chevy dealer in SC fix my car and paid for the coverages!! Thornton Chevrolet in Manchester have an amazing set of staff!! Very blessed (: 10/10

My salesperson was Yadie, and I was very satisfied with his work, communication, and negotiations. He always kept me in the loop and it was very nice compared to other dealerships you went too. Also he went out of his way to try and find the car I wanted with the specifications I asked for from other dealerships. In the end I am very satisfied and would consider shopping there for a new car again in the distant future.

This is the second Corvette I have purchased from Thornton Chevrolet. I have been a 100% satisfied customer. Their ease in making a purchase of a new or used automobile is truly appreciated. Our 2013 Equinox had the check engine light come on. It was also time for state inspection and oil change. We bought this Equinox from Thornton in Oct 2012. We had all work done at Thornton. Earlier this year they repaired the engine for excessive oil consumption thanks to Bob the service manager. Now the check engine problem I called to make an appointment the informed me that their is a fee for diagnosing the problem that was good. The vehicle went into the shop and the call me with the problem and approximate cost, after i approved it they went ahead and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. end of story.
