Just bought a 2013 pick up. Time will tell on how it goes. Service with salesman was great. Everything done in one place. Drove home in about an hour.

Got a 2005 Ram 1500 here in 2018. Hasn't had any major issues or really any minor ones worth noting. They sold us a solid truck.

I had sent an application on a vehicle they had on there lot. They never got back to me and when I tried to explain that I had already purchased a vehicle else where and that I didn't need my credit pulled for no reason if they never looked at my application to begin with. they started getting Very Rude to me on the phone and were interrupting me. I do not recommend trying to make business with such rude and unprofessional people.

I bought a 1997 F150 with only 63k on it for 5k. I asked if it got a new engine. The sales representative said , it was well taken care of. He said they got it from Apple Ford. The milage didn't match up on the title. The sales representative said Apple Ford didn't fill it out properly but he pulled out a Carfax report and compared the two.nI bought the truck trusting the sales representative. I dove the truck 122 miles but I had the truck for 5 months. My warranty did not hold because I only had 3 month warranty.nnI lost engine pressure so I took it to my trusted mechanic. He ran all kids of test. He said my odometer has been rolled back. This with all the engine problems that I have shouldn't have it on a 63000 mile truck.nMoral of the story is stay away from Ricke Brothers Auto.
