I was a customer of Mike's before he retired. He was always courteous and patient. I have had a continued experience with Kathy. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my family and our tax needs are taken care of. She is quite efficient as well as professional and friendly. I highly recommend her. Thank you Kathy, for all you do!

I wouldn't even put 1star if I didnt have to, to leave a review :( I've never in my life been treated so bad.. My husband & I have used western tax for years never had an issue until today :( right off the bat the woman (Kathy) was a b**** I had started a new business not knowing exactly how to do deductions she acted like I Was trying to fraud the IRS.. I will never use these guys again!! & will tell everyone I know how bad they really are....

Don't use... we went in to try and get some tax help on my wife's new business. We didn't know what we were doing. He gave us Kathy who was rude beyond belief. She treated us like we were.stupid. I have used western for years.. never again

DO NOT FILE HEAR! I filed with them for 2015 and never received my state check. I called them last year and they told me to wait a little longer. I called several more time and never received a call back. I called them today, 2-2-2017, and talked to a nice clerk, I believe his name was Nathen, and he told me to call the state. I called the state and learned that the state tried to contact Western Business in order to contact me about questions on my return. I called Western Business, talked to Nathen again, who apologized and transferred me to Kathy. When I told Kathy, she called me a liar, called the state a liar, told me to stop yelling when she was the only one yelling, and hung up on me. I called them back and she told me that I would not speak, that I would listen to her. My mother got on the phone at this point in time because I was about to start yelling. She yelled at my mother, told her that it was not Western Business problem, that I was the problem, and hung up on my mother. Tell everyone you know, this business does not look out for their clients.
