I switched my business and personal accounting to Katy 3 years ago. I could not have made a better change. Katy is on top of all current tax laws and always making suggestions accordingly. She is very organized and detail oriented, which I appreciate. Her office staff is always helpful and very pleasant to talk to, even at the height of tax season. They are always eager to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend Eclipse Tax and accounting!

Katy Croft has been my accountant and has prepared my taxes for about 10 years. I cannot express enough how much I value her as a professional, her work ethic, her knowledge base, and her compassion when dealing with me over the years. She's amazing. She LIKES doing taxes. Really! She studies it and is excited about it! The thing I appreciate the most is that I literally never have to worry about anything tax-related or ever question her ethics.

I'd recommend Katy to anyone that needs an accountant. She asks good questions, and provides great explanations to my questions. I feel like she works for me, and not the other way around.

My CPA retired and I was sent to Eclipse to get my taxes done. A couple of weeks ago my wife went there to pick up an organizer and came home telling me how ugly the receptionist had been to her. Yesterday I went in there with my wife to drop off my taxes. I have been in Customer Service and have never been treated so rudely by any business. The receptionist was rude, arrogant, and sarcastic! It was hard for me to believe that someone would talk to a prospective new client the way she was talking to me. The owner came out eventually and could only say they were having a stressful day and people were upset with them. She also said that they weren’t prepared to handle the extra clients from my retiring CPA’s office. Why not? It is not something that just happened. The owner did not offer an apology for the way her receptionist talked to us. My wife said to her “So this is who you want talking to your clients when they walk in.” I told her I would not be treated that way and I strongly recommend to anyone not to do business with these people. This office was the rudest I have ever experienced in over 40 years of doing business!
