Why are employees not wearing mandatory masks as well as customers that are meant to be turned away. I came to order, but left ...Did you not get the memo? I hope an employee or their Family does not get ill...

Went there recently for the first time in approximately a year, table they sat us at was dirty with crumbs all over the bench seats. We had boneless garlic Parmesan wings, they were good but the stuffed crust pizza extra cheese, and ground beef that we ordered was mediocre at best, sauce wasn’t good like it used to be, very skimpy on the cheese and no beef on pizza. Told the server and she came out with a bowl of heated up beef for our pizza! The beef is nasty doesn’t even taste like beef, definitely over processed and extremely salty.nAlso the cook was making rude very loud remarks to a young man working in the kitchen, very poor customer service.nThe server was nice but poorly trained.

Twenty years I've worked in retail, food service and customer service. The customer service here is, in short, piss poor. Used to be great experience every time. Not sure what happened. Came home after picking up dinner to find I got the wrong food. Mistakes happen. Called up, felt like I was bothering the lady by wanting the right thing. Had an attitude the whole time on the phone. Was a different lady when I got there to get the food. This lady was nice. No problem there. But I can say, because of this, I'm going to be going elsewhere. (and yes. I know. I'm just one customer.) I'll be using the Cape Horn road location now.

Waitress very quick with drinks but Very slow on the pizza order..waited about a half hour for the hot food.. ordered with extra cheese, definitely no more than a regular order.. ud83dude12
