Horrible customer service , I ordered online to pick up , there was a note on the door that they will offer curbside pickup, call this number on arrival.nnI parked my call , kept calling the number , the phone was ringing and store worker was deliberately ignoring my calls for 10 min.nnThen after 10 min she picked up the phone and rudely said you need to come to the door.nnI said but the sign says stay in car. She said no you need to come to the door to get your order. Finally I went to the door and waited for another five minutes before I got my order.nnDon’t recommend this place for pick up unless you want to waste 30 to 45 minutes.
Im not sure why but this is the 2nd time its been a inconvenience for them to deliver my order. I am not spending a dollar or two I am feeding a family as we usually do on Friday Dominoes and movie. This is the second time I dealt with an inconvenience where I have had offered to pick up my order for the second time i think i took to long placing the order online rather then inconvenience the employees with extra work by trying to explained what is wanted. As i said the second time smh ... I didn't read anything on the app but i always receive a call after my review. Is the website was updated we wouldn't have to deal with unpleasant calls. I do reviews for a living. At this dominoes in York pa its unpleasant to order online due to the unpleasant calls you receive to cancel an order well the way its being run need to be improved its such a good name Dominoes and now i hate to get pizza from other places due to the inconvenience I place on this dominoes. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your hard work and dedication in these time but not everyone is against you. Some want you to succeed for great be better and represent the name you work for.

Ordered a pizza for pickup. They lock the door and just stare at you when you want to pick up your pizza. They messed up my toppings and wouldn't send out another one.
