The chicken was hard as a rock and dry as a bone! Horrible! Pulled pork was dry as well. Waffle fries were the only thing that was good. Never be back again. Ate here along time ago an didn't like it, thought I would give it a second chance. Wont be a third!!
Amy Medina was completely overwhelmed today, with only 2 people to run the entire restaurant. Even so, she was kind, thoughtful, and friendly as she worked through my order. We need more Amy's in this world. Kudos!
I've always wanted to try Dickey's barbecue, now that I have I won't be eating there again. 1st of all my order was incomplete we were missing one of our sides and I paid extra for corn bread and got a roll that tasted like raw yeast dough. The baked beans tasted like they were right out of the can, the Mac and cheese was edible but nothing special. I got this 3 meat dinner very small portions, the brisket tasted like roast beef the pulled pork a pork roast. I got no BBQ flavor at all. Very disappointing!!!!
We ordered through doordash and weren't very impressed. They gave us the jalapeño beans instead of BBQ beans, forgot our corn muffin, and forgot a BBQ sauce on the side. Food was okay for the price. But definitely not somewhere I'd go again.
They were out of many menu items. Pork BBQ was a little on the soft side. 3 stars. Would go back when Covid restrictions are over too see if they are better stocked & staffed.
