I always can trust the ladies at supercuts. They never go wrong with my hair especially when I don't have the terminology. I usually bring a photo and a small idea I have and they get it on point every time. Its always pleasant. Love the ladies at the loucks rd location
I love getting my hair done by them! The cut and color is always perfect, and she styles it beautifully when she's done. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairstylist!!!
I took my son here for a haircut 30 mins ago from this posting. The lady that was supposed to cut my son's hair didn't even speak to us and apparently went to take a break. After a lenghty 30 min wait , I asked the other hairstylist where our hairstylist was and all she said was that she was going to be right back ( keep in mind this was after waiting 30 minutes) We ended up walking out. I feel that communication was lacking. If they would've told me that there was going to be a lengthy wait , I would've left and came back. You just lost a customer and I will make sure to let people know about our bad experience there.I would love to hear from the owner of this establishment.
