Unbelievably tasty dishes. The fish tacos and the fish bowl are both incredible. Perfect place if you're looking for a healthier lunch option with fresh, unique flavors. I'd eat here everyday if I could.

Been temporarily living in Montana for a few months, and although there’s lots of good food around, Roots was by far the best food we’ve had since arriving. Fresh fish, perfectly cooked pork, and delicious produce, all in a sauce that made us consider licking our plates! From two (spoiled) foodie New Yorkers — Roots is an absolute must-have!!!

Amazing food!! Would give more stars if possible. It was very busy in town but we got our food in 15 min - takeaway. Amazing value and so healthy! ud83dudc95

I would give this 10+ stars if I could. Don't miss this place, especially if you're looking for a healthy, clean meal packed with flavor. While the establishment is unassuming (located inside a dive-bar), this was one of the most unique and delicious meals I've had in a very long time.nnI had the mahi mahi bowl (da fishbowl). The cauliflower rice was honestly perfect - a feat in itself - something I have tried a bunch of times at home but haven't been able to do well. It is a little garlicy which was perfect for my taste but might not be if you aren't a garlic fan.nnThe mahi mahi was also perfection - it was cooked through, moist and not dried out at all (like many filets of this style).nnThe bowl was finished with crunchy cabbage, kale with a perfectly soft yet fresh texture, and an incredibly unique vinaigrette with a hint of nutty/coconut flavor.nnI would come here every day if I could.
