Rite Aid

Never have your prescriptions ready when they tellnn9/12/20nHere it is a year later and service has not improved. I have asked my husband to move his prescription s to another pharmacy but he won't said it would be a hassle! But it is a hassle everytime you go to pick up a prescription. Half the time the staff is rude the rest of the time your scripts aren't ready when told they would be or they have to be ordered. I'm discussed with rite aid

Are you the Rite aid that fired the employee that was defending herself from that crazy man ? I saw the video and it disgusts me that you fired her and did not seem to care about her. I will never shop in your store ever again. If I could I wouldn’t even give you this 1 star. Your corporation doesn’t deserve it. You should look out for and take care of your employees. Not treat them as expendable.

Every single time I pick up a script here I remind myself to switch pharmacies but it's a convenient location for me, unfortunately.nThe pharmacy always has the worst customer service and if you get to speak with someone on the phone consider yourself lucky. Drive thru and inside lines are always ridiculously long. The employees always seem to be short-staffed and over-worked, which is a shame because it's clearly Rite-Aid only caring about their bottom line.

Completely unreliable, no problems at any other rite aid but for some reason anytime I go to this one, it's nothing but problems.

Showed up today to pick up a script, and the girl at the drive-thru window was particularly snotty! The pharmacist overheard the interaction and jumped in to save the day, so kudos to him! In a different era in time, I would have made certain that this young snotty brat had a bad day, but I feel sympathetic to pharmacies and hospitals and healthcare at this moment!
