Brad and Tom were amazing! They made buying the 2018 Honda Pilot so easy and stress-free! I definitely highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. We were so confident in buying the Pilot that we never looked under the hood til after it was brought and at home!
I was disappointed with my experience at the Whiteford Road location. My salesman Alex was great but no interaction or acknowledgement from the manager at all. The vehicle was allowed to be test driven as i was doing paperwork. The vehicle was never cleaned for pickup and the fuel light was on. It was pretty much a sign here, here, here, here.... ok bye experience. I would have thought that the customer appreciation would have been better then a hello, give me your money, bye.

AWESOME, Dealership very pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately the vehicle I went to look at. Was in the process of being sold. Salesman was nice enough to check their other lots for anything else I might've been interested in.
