Apple Honda

This is the second vehicle we bought from Apple Honda, both were pleasant experiences. This time we were 'paired' with Kalie Parks and we loved working with her. She was very patient while I changed my mind on colors and trim packages of the HR-V. She communicated with us almost daily and answered all of our questions. A couple weeks ago I came in looking for a van, Trevor Roy was my sales rep and did a Wonderful job helping me from start to finish to try to get me approved and at the budget I could afford and he did it!! Apple Honda of York went above and beyond to help us get a new family vehicle. They worked together to make sure we had our vehicle ASAP.... since I had to leave for a month-long trip a couple of days later! From initial contact, to follow up, and follow through- every employee was polite, helpful, thorough and upfront. We appreciated the lengths to which they went in order to earn our business, and are looking forward to the servicing of our vehicle as needed with Apple Honda as well. I had taken our previous Honda CR V there for it’s latest service work and the difference between Apple Honda and the dealership we had actually purchased the CR V from was night and day. I am an Apple Honda customer now, and for any of our future vehicles. The sales, service, and overall care by all employees cannot be matched. We worked with Jaleel, so ask for him by name if you can! Never have I felt so cared for by a car dealership. We had our 3 month old with us, and he needed his next feeding- so they opened up their meeting room to give me a private place to nurse him. Their whole building is clean, bright, and well thought out. If you are on the fence about a Honda, or have had a bad experience in the past at a dealership, do not hesitate, go straight to Apple Honda of York- you won’t regret it, and Honda is a fantastic car maker- excellent features in their vehicles, safety you can count on, and a drive like no other car brand. This dealership gets 5 stars, I would give them 10 stars if I could! So thankful we chose Apple Honda of York to buy our vehicle at!

I recently purchased a Honda CR-V at Apple Honda in York, PA. It was actually the best car purchase I've ever experienced at a dealer. The staff was very accommodating, great to work with and exceptionally helpful.
