Best experience ever buying a new car. The staff at Stetler is very professional and knowledgeable of their products and the business. Andrew worked around a busy schedule to keep the process moving for me and get answers to my questions. He was open and honest with me and worked to make me the best deal possible right down to the invoice. He has continued to follow up with me for any additional questions or concerns I had and does so in the most patient and professional manner. The car was ready for my test drive when I arrived and it absolutely sparkled when I left with it for home. Highly recommend these folks. No pressure, just a willingness to work with you to get you the best deal they can reasonably make.
My wife and I went to Stetler to look at a Jeep Rubicon last night. From beginning to end, everything about Stetler was right. My first experience at Stetler. Was interested in seeing a jeep inside and out. Many to choose from. Red velvet was my favorite color. Ended up with Jeep Cherokee Latitude. Many many new things to learn. Drives great and smooth. Johnathan did a great job of explaining things I never knew of or heard of before. My challenge begins to get it all taught to myself. Thanks
It was super easy scheduling an appointment online to have my vehicle serviced. They were quick and kept me updated as to what was going on and of course they washed my vehicle before giving it back to me. Everyone was super nice and professional.
Jonathan was the most transparent and honest person let alone a car salesman. He was absolutely amazing with my kids as well I have a 2 and 4 year old boys. He and the team accommodated all there shenanigans and made buying my new car the best experience I could ask for. All that needed to be sed before I tell you they saved me almost 10k before tax tag and title. They well go well beyond there job requirements to male shore things make sense for your family they truly don’t wanna see you fail.
