I bought a Prius from Hali Snyder at Apple Honda in York at the end of July. I live in Virginia, so the entire process was complicated. However, Hali was an exemplary salesperson and helped me through the whole process. If she hadn't been there helping me, I wouldn't have purchased a car from that dealership. She handled the entire process with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend buying a car from her.

They sold me a pathfinder, DID NOT inform me there was a class action lawsuit on it previously for their KNOWN transmission issue! Apple NEVER fixed it, never made it known and sold it to me. I took it in shortly after purchasing it for a transmission fluid odor and was told it wasnt leaking and it wasn't showing anything on the sensor so I was told to keep driving it until it breaks and warranty will fix it. Well the transmission went out right after my warranty ended and shockingly there was suddenly this diagnostic test they could do and I did.... well it showed I needed a transfer case and transmission!!! I learned about the lawsuit through googling the issue. I then called apple nissan, their corporate, and made a consumer complaint. To NO success they wanted to charge me $7,000 and only warranty their work for only 1 year! That was Apple Nissan. My vehicle before that from apple honda... the transmission had to be replaced only 4 mth after the purchase and only had the 3mth warranty. Immediately after the purchase I complained about a banging in the front end. I didn't even make the first payment and it needed upper and lower control arms, sway bars and brakes. They were both CERTIFIED USED. ud83eudd2c I would never purchase a car from APPLE EVER AGAIN!

I love Apple Honda. The customer service is amazing. Bathrooms are clean. Children's playroom. The experience is always delightful. You can watch TV and enjoy a free bottle of water. Their service department doesn't pull punches, they give the news straight up.

I was rear ended twice around the York area, and both times theyve helped me out, even when a light bulb went out on a turn signal!nnFantastic people, fantastic work. Definitely people you want working on your car
