I have dealt with Lance in the past when I bought my 2016 Terrain and called him when I received a letter from Al Monks with information about trading in the 2016 Terrain. Lance was absolutely wonderful in helping me with the trade-in and purchase of the 2020 Terrain. I hope that I never have to deal with anyone but Lance. It was a great experience and I am really enjoying the 2020 Terrain. I also want to give a shout out to all the guys in the service department. They have been absolutely amazing to deal with over the last 9 years. They have serviced my 2011, 2016 and they will be servicing my now 2020 Terrain.

I am the type of person who appreciates when I ask a salesperson a question that they answer that question with the knowledge of the company or product that they are working for and with. Sean answered all the question and his response to my concern with the knowledge of your dealership and the types of vehicles that you sale. He made my wife any I feel very welcome. Thank you for making our first new car buying an easy and pleasurable experience.

I had a great experience at the service dept. they handled my needs very efficiently, I had to order two accessory items for my new car they had it in stock within one day and I was able to pick them put. They were very fast and reliable and carry out what they say they will do, Great Job.

We had the best car buying experience here! It went so smoothly and every single staff member was so friendly and helpful! Doug C was the absolute best car salesman we have ever had and he went above and beyond for us. Danielle from finance made sure we got the best deal & rates. We would definitely recommend these guys to any one we know! Ask for Doug!!

First the vehicle was misdiagnosed as a bad fuel pump. According to my invoice there is a short in my wiring hardness. Instead of finding out where the short is and correcting it, it was simply bypassed. I understand this was a warranty job and does not pay the same as regular but the repair should have been corrected properly. Now my concern is what else runs through that same hardness and what damage will be caused by it. I am quickly reminded why I have not brought any of my GM vehicle in for service at Jack Giambalvo for a long time.
