If you want poor customer service and rude “professionals” to do your taxes, this is the place for you. The front desk person Carroll is so rude. I kind of looked over both her and Mike’s condescending attitudes because everyone has bad days, but when I called to get a digital copy sent over to a lender for the purchase of a home, Carol’s response was, “can’t you scan it and do it yourself?” My response was that “I don’t have a scanner and that’s why I called for a copy to be sent.” which I am positive they can do that and wouldn’t take but a few minutes out of their “busy precious time”. Her next response was, “well that’s a question for Mike and he’s not here right now.” I don’t know what all they great reviews are about because they the rudest people I have ever met for someone who should be given at least civilized customer service.

Whole I am sure he may be a very good tax accountant, his secretary has poor customer service and is extremely rude. When I called, she acted as if I was bothering her, and could not answer any of my questions. She let me know that they have over 600 customers, years of experience....and could care less for my business

Meeting with Michael in the relaxed,friendly atmosphere at his office alleviated a lot of the fear that I have during tax time. The uncertainty of new tax laws that come every year usually have my anxiety through the roof. As a Pennsylvania resident who owns a business in Maryland and property in Nevada I felt it was best to let a professional handle my taxes. Michael answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in a manner in which I could easily understand. Knowledgeable, courteous, professional and friendly, I Left feeling very confident and relaxed. He has definitely earned my future business
