I haven't been here in 25 years. As an adult remembering how grand things seemed when you were a kid usually disappoints. Not here. Better than I remember as a kid and I'm so glad I took my 6yo daughter here. Amazing how much knowledge in and around the park. Perfect to get kids interested in nature.
My first time here specifically to walk the trails. I figured it would be pretty easy, look at the scenery as I walk by, no big deal. I was surprised! Not that it was difficult, but it was a bit of a short challenge up on Geology then to Hardwood. I wish it would have been a longer, more challenging trail but it was beautiful. We will definitely go back.
Quiet, peaceful
So disappointing that they aren’t animal friendly. If you have well behaved animals and are a responsible owner then you should be allowed to enjoy nature with your pet. What a disappointment in York county.
I love going to this place. The trails are amazing. My wife and kids really enjoy that connection with nature.
