I got financed through FFCU I was so happy at first i was making regular payment of $450 every single mth. A few times i had to call because I was going to be late. I decided to change insurance companies, I got quote of $408 from FFCU which was way more than what i was paying so I declined their insurance and continued looking, well they went ahead inforced compliance on the insurance for 2mths my Bill went up to $650 a mth. So I went ahead and added my car onto my husbands insurance for full coverage is what they said I needed. I am still having to pay for their insurance and mine? They never took their insurance Off and they said because I still owe for the 2 mths I didn't have insurance so they tacked on $4000 on my bill for insurance for 2mths? I also went Part time at work so i signed an agreement to pay 50% of the $ 650 but first i had to. pay $500 to catch up then i would pay $308 a mth for 6 mths, so I paid the $500 then I made a payment at the beginning of July and at the end of July then I made another payment at the end of August then I made another payment at the end of September. Three days later I get a call and an email saying they have not received my payment I told the them Im not late I made a payment on sept 23rd then she proceeds to say all cocky " now you need to explain to me why you are late." So I got upset and told them how can I explain being late when I wasn't and just made a payment, since then I have received emails and phone calls once a week to say Im late, this isn't a weekly payment this ia mthly payment. I have become so frustrated and stressed out especially during this pandemic, having to go Part time, and be harassed about a payment I was paying. I have voluntary given back the car although my payment has been paid. I'm very upset because I was trying so hard to keep my car but it seems they really wanted it back. Nobody should have to be harassed, especially when they are making their payments, oh and I got another letter from them in the mail saying they didn't have my insurance information and my car was uninsured, when it has been fully covered under my husbands since the first time this happened. I have to say Indura was helpfull but Cecelia, Manuel, and Cody, poor customer service. Cecelia called me and had the nerve to tell me why I'm being nasty when they call. I told her because I'm being harrased every day, and she made smart allic remark that they don't call every day. I have every email and every phone call from them. It may not of been evey day but at least once or twice a week. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FINANCE COMPANY TO ANYBODY, MAKE SURE IF YOUR BUYING A VEHICLE, DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT AGREE TO FINANCE WITH THIS CREDIT UNION THIS HAS BEEN A SERIALISTIC NIGHTMARE!!!

i and my mom have been long time members of first financial credit union since 1983 i love the the 5 star service i recive from the staff at the san meto branch in albuquerque i thank they deserve pay raises for doing outstanding job keep up the great coustmer srvice this is my number 1 branch and i also like the coors braanch the staff there are very good too my sencond 5 star branch is on coors and montano

Great place to bank as far as personal banking. I have only had good experiences here and would not go anywhere else. I had to report my card stolen and they worked with me right away, got me the money back and shut down the old card, it did take a week for the money to be in my account but I am patient. Except to get a new card I had to go to the credit card department which is a 3rd party. Not sure if other banks work that way. But it was only one extra phone call and maybe 3 extra minutes and they had my card in the mail within a week. no problems after that.

My experience with First financial CU has been horrible since day 1. I set up the account with them and of course had funds in the account. I went to pay with my card- DECLINED. What an embarrassment! I tried to let that go and give them another opportunity. I went in to the Tijeras branch on a Friday around noon, as there was fraudulent activity on my account the branch MANAGER (Albert Y.) could not get me an answer and to top it off, he was insinuating that I probably forgot who I gave my bank account information too. I had to email him to get a response and even at that he still couldn't reply in a timely manner. When I finally received a reply, the information he provided was incomplete. I emailed him back within 10 minutes and he did not respond until over a week stating "he was on vacation." The only reason he probably responded was due to me going in requesting to speak to another manager about his customer service. When I requested to speak to another manager, turns out she did not have time to speak to me and I'd have to come back. I asked what time would be a good time later that day but she was just too busy. The least Albert could have done is reply stating he hadn't heard anything and if he was going on vacation he should've told someone else to take care of my situation. The least I expected from the other manager was for her to call me since I had already gone down to the branch and was already willing to go in later. Also, my debit card was cancelled due to inactivity WITHOUT any type of notification, so again I had to go through the embarrassment of having the cashier inform me that my card was declined. This has been my worst experience with a CU. I will be closing my account and will NEVER refer anyone there due to my experience and when it comes to this specific branch they do not care about their members and customer service is horrible.

THESE FOLKS USE ZERO COMMONSENSE in trying to resolve issues. And Falcon their fraud company is absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with!
