Wonderful place to hike and take a little swim by the waterfall! Went by myself a few times and took my pup once, always been a great time! I came at a busy time last time and there is so much open space it didn't feel like I was around people much anyways! Great spot
A great spot to come out and enjoy some beautiful views and quiet wilderness. It's best first thing in the morning when you can usually get the place to yourself for thirty minutes or an hour. But even with other people around, it's still a great visit. Just remember to pick up your trash and take it with you!
Nice quick walk, easy for smaller kids too. From the parking lot to waterfall is 10 min on a nice wide trail. You can climb to the top of the falls from a side path. Plenty of room for many people to spread out.nThe parking lot is small (28 spots) but the park service folks are super and help to que up cars arriving and leaving. Even on a busy Saturday we only waited 5-10 min for a spot.
Lots of space and trails. Always love coming here. In the summer you need to make a reservation but in the colder seasons it stays fairly not packed.
