The setup/sign up was very good. However, when we arrived the lights inside the unit did not work. It is a 10 X 30 so light is necessary. We were told we would not have lights for about a week. We were told to bring a second vehicle to use the headlights! Still waiting for lights.
This is a storage place with great customer service! The manager has always been accommodating and courteous and very customer friendly! Hard to find in todays age. The facility is also well maintained and clean.
Capital storage in Dover was awesome! I Had storage here for over a year, really enjoyed the staff from when I first came and when I left. No problems at all very quiet and clean.
The staff at Capital Storage - Dover is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The pricing for my climate controlled unit is fair and the units are immaculate and well maintained. I would highly recommend this storage facility for all of your offsite storage needs, whether you're just passing through or planning to maintain a unit indefinitely.
