Yesterday my husband and I had a very nice experience in comparison of the Carlisle location. Everything was well explained and the process went very smoothly.

Just look at the reviews a whole bunch of good reviews on top to hide the real ones on the bottom. I purchased a 2001 Chevy Tahoe from them almost 2 years ago when we returned to try to purchase another vehicle they told us we can get it with a low down payment so we tried to purchase a 2011 Nissan versa which they insured was in perfect condition after driving for one day noticed bunch of problems so we return vehicle as soon as we could and were supposed to receive our down payment refund because they refused to do the repairs that was three months ago now they are ignoring our calls text messages.I will not recommend anyone ever does business with them very very bad experience you only be respected if you pay for vehicle in cash. not to mention we were going to pay $7500 for a car that was worth less than $10,000 brand new with over 120,000 miles only because we were trying to be loyal customers

Purchase a vehicle from them in the past that I paid off in a year which they never fixed ABS and brake light issue or radiator. gave them the benefit of the doubt when they offered me a low down payment on another vehicle which I did but the vehicle had problems which they said they wouldn't fix so we returned the vehicle in order to get our refund and that was three months ago and im still waiting. I wouldn't recommend that anybody purchases a vehicle from this place not to mention the vehicle we were going to purchase from them with 7500 for 2011 that vehicle brand new was only just under 10k and we was going to pay if they fixed the vehicle just to be loyal customers but our loyalty has ran out and in the end I paid over $6,500 for a 2001 that had major issues which we had to address ourselves. not worth purchasing a vehicle from here or getting sucked in with their low down payment on their junk
