There was a lot of vibration on the front end of my jeep. I took it to another shop and told them it may be the U Joint. They told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. A few weeks later the U Joint busted and I had it taken to Platts. They fixed it fast and for less than I was expecting. They were also very friendly and easy to deal with. Clearly, they care about customer service. Thank You Platts.
