We drove 2 hours to see a truck we found online. Very happy we took the time to go. Scott and Wes were excellent. Scott went above and beyond to make the purchase of our new truck as easy as possible. He also made a make shift floor mat to make our drive home more comfortable. They have a great team there. I recently purchased a slightly used truck from this dealership. Kevin was my sales guy and was excellent! He has the perfect personality for the job. I told him where I needed to be with my payments and he exceeded my expectations. You don’t get that everywhere, I have had plenty of experiences where they were always trying to sneak more out of my pocket than I was comfortable with. But not here! They have really nice inventory. I can’t say enough about them. Everyone else was very polite as well, all the way through the process. It was a great experience. I will trust them with my business in the future. I love my truck!!
We had an outstanding experience at Thornton! We went there both trade a vehicle and purchase one and from start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for better customer service. To start off, I received a prompt reply to my online inquiry, which I was pleased about. Then when my husband and I went in, we were warmly greeted by Courtney Smith, who showed us the vehicle I had inquired about, as well as a few others. After deciding on one, Courtney continued to assist us, along with Wes Myers, who gave us a more than fair price for our trade and the purchase price of the new (to us) vehicle as well. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the atmosphere was relaxed. We never felt pressured and we felt confident that the people there were doing their best to give us the best car buying experience possible. I highly recommend Thornton to anyone looking for great customer service and quality vehicles.
