Nice long trail system for activities. The park is quite big all around and has a lot of nice amenities to take advantage of if you are willing to travel to its location. We did some fishing.
Year round enjoyment
There's a nice parking area right off water street with a boat launch, an area for fishing or family outings, public restrooms, and attached is the entrance to miles of trails.nnI've only recently started exploring them, but so far I've found them to be dog friendly (on leash only) and varying levels of difficulty. I've noticed the trails here tend to be much less crowded then the rail trail a few miles away. It's also neat to be on the trail and have it be so quiet you feel like you're a million miles from anything. I've run into deer twice on the trail as well. I plan on this park being my go to place for hiking!
Nice trails with lots of shade... Picnic areas and fishing areas for some quiet introspection. Good park pavilion and playground.
Beautiful but trails arent really distinguished pets allowed. Nice hike.
