Heard great things. Couldn’t even book an appt. Spent weeks trying to contact, calling and no one answering and ended up just insulted and dismissed. Going somewhere else. As a business owner, I’d be absolutely mortified to hear my potential clients are being moved to tears when all they want is to give me their business.
Malenda is wonderful! I got my first brazilian wax with her and even though it was painful- it was a good experience overall. She’s very much a perfectionist and will do a job well done. Malenda made me feel comfortable and at ease. I go back every month now :) thank you!!

First time here and I'd go back. Lots of stylists, great decor and atmosphere. A bit much for a straight forward woman's hair trim but seeing as I only go once or twice a year, it's not adding up like it would every 6weeks.
