They repoed my car bcuz of insurance PU and when I went to pick up my belongings my paperwork was missing I had close to $600 in colognes in my SUV , medical socks,and some of my kids belongings were also missing ..very unprofessional repo

My husband bought a 2011 honda crv from here. It has only been 5 months and it needs a new motor. We were left stranded on the pa turnpike and tried contacting them for assistance. With it being a holiday noone was there to help us. Long story short. We had it towed to the service department...3 hour drive. They finally looked at it and confirmed it needed a new motor but they want to charge a 500 dollar deductible to REBUILD the motor....not put a new one!nTried working something out with the manager since we did not plan on the bill after owning the car for 5 months. The manager wouldn't budge on anything. Wouldn't work with us in any way possible. They claim to want to help people out...nobviously that's a lie. Read their mission statement....its fake news. I would never do business here and I will most definitely make sure everyone I come in contact with never does business here.

Will lie and mess your credit up they will report false information to your credit and lie about how much payments are. Very crooked business
