It was time for my son to buy his first car so we started looking around. Well, we didn't have to look far, Thornton had exactly what he was looking for. Brianna got us started over the phone, Travis took over once we got to the dealership and Jake finished up with the financing. Doesn't get any easier than that! Got a great price, great interest rate and didn't have to spend the entire day waiting around. We will definitely buy at Thornton again.
My purchasing experience was great. Staff was friendly and really helped me out. They worked with me because I didn't have the best credit.nnThe service department on the other hand is a joke. Extremely rude. Dropped my car off the night before for an 0830 appointment. Called at 1345 for an update. Was told it will be at least another 90 mins. What is the point of having an appointment if you take over 8hrs for an inspection and oil change. Will take it to Jiffy Lube before I go back to them.
