I have been wanting to write a review for 5 years . Ever since i bought a used truck in 2015 at Red Lion Chevrolet . So i decided to start getting my truck serviced there even though i had used other apple dealerships that are way closer to my house in the past with mixed results . I'm glad I did because everyone has been so nice pleasant and accommodating each time I go there . But the one person i want to single out is Kevin ! He is a 5 star employee. He is the reason why I now get my work vehicle serviced there. I had used Apple Nissan ( since it is a Nissan and tried Apple Honda ) but it wasn't always smooth because of the fleet enterprise situation . Kevin works with me to service both vehicles back to back , understands the Enterprise fleet card process etc.. So i will continue to drive 30-45 minutes instead of 5 because of this.

Service Advisor Kevin Rudy kept me fully informed on my service progress from the time I dropped my vehicle off until pick-up!! Kevin always fully explains any service needs plus available options. Kevin's continued excellent customer service is an important reason why I remain a longtime Apple customer!!

If you go to Chevy, make sure you see Ethan Detweiler. I bought my last three cars from this dealership, and everyone was helpful. They had everyone's best interest in mind, and made each car buying situation easy for me.

Bought another new car from Red Lion Apple Chevy, this is the 5th new car my family has purchased from them. Mike Lowrey is awesome! He is very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable about the cars. He takes really good care of his customers.

I did an online inquiry about a vehicle and the internet rep got back to me right away! I filled out my application and Chad called me to go over everything. He was very helpful and very fast! He called me back shortly and I got approved for a loan the same day. I went in for a test drive and put a deposit down, then got the final approval for the same day. Very excited to pick up the car! Chad D and Jamie M were extremely helpful and efficient! Would def recommend them!
