We came this morning to get coffee. My shots tasted burnt, and my drink was not very sweet. We also ordered a Carmel frap and asked for whipped cream and she didn’t put it on the drink even when she asked us twice if we wanted it. I’m usually very pleased with cowgirl coffee but lately our drinks have not been what we pay good money for. I’m thinking about taking a break for a little bit.
The lady who served us was super rude. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
