Great customer service from the folks I spoke with on multiple occasions, very helpful with everything I needed. The storage units were nice and clean and looked to be very nicely designed to keep snow melt out.
So far the customer service has been great! Very easy to get things taken care of. Space seems clean and just what we were expecting.
I called and had to leave a message. Sara called me back quickly and gave me all of the information. She was very helpful. I had to call back because I wasn't sure if I was going to rent a unit or not. I called again and spoke with the manager. (I can't remember his name.) He was also incredibly helpful and finished out the rental process. I will only need this unit for a few months. But I would definitely recommend this place. The prices are very affordable and they worked with me.
The staff made the sign up process easy and fast. I can't say enough about how fantastic and professional they were. When I checked out the facility it was clean and well maintained. I feel the site is a safe place to store my property and would recommend the storage facility to anyone who asked. I spoke with the staff running the facility and they were quick to answer all my questions. Love this place!
Everyone at Al’s has been very accommodating and friendly, simple set up, easy payments, clean facility.
