I don’t usually shop here but figured I’d try it out, I’m very impressed! I was immediately greeted by Rachel, who offered to help me find a dress for a wedding. She was pleasant, professional and very helpful. Her sense of humor is outstanding and I really appreciated her turning my visit into a fantastic experience. She definitely has a unique sense of humor, and I really appreciated her making my time there so enjoyable. I hope to see her again. Thank you Rachel, and Lane Bryant for hiring such a wonderful person. I’m sure she won’t see this, or be recognized for her hard work and determination to help people, but I’d definitely recommend stopping in to see for yourself. the sales lady was rude. measured my bra size wrong. when i told her that she stated i would learn to deal.with it. who wants a bra that is to small not me. had limited sizes of jeans i am a 22 this is a big womens store please carry more longs also.i dont want to roll my jeans never did just want them to fit. lastly fix your toilet had to go to another store wish i could give less than a 1. also my other half saw that the bra was to small and was told she will be able to breath. so so mad will not be going back

Fantastic! The ladies that work in the Monroeville store are Absolutely Wonderful. So helpful and polite. They helped me pick out things for my wife. Talked to her on the phone to get her sizes and colors that she likes. Love, Love ,Love them!!!
