I'll say 2 stars because the food came out correct and well made.. but! The issue is with this location in these times: the staff was not enforcing any social distancing, the masks the staff wore were positioned under their noses (defeating the purpose of the mask really), and we waited about 45 minutes for a small takeout order. Perhaps it was just the shift this day, but I can't know.
First time I came here I ordered 4 large pizzas for pickup. I came in to check on the order and they said that there wasn’t a order placed in my name or number. As I am in the line, about 4 other customers had complaints about their incorrect orders and wanted their orders fixed. Some people said things like “ My pizza was completely black” “My pizza and toppings were raw” and “My pizza has the wrong toppings” Also, the customer service was terrible. I would highly not recommend this pizza hut location.
I ordered online, when I got there they had my order already made. Only setback was they forgot my dipping sauce, but they took care of it right away at no charge. :D
We ordered two times. The first time we ordered it was over the phone and the woman that ordered said it wasn’t the Pizza Hut. She told us that they answer the phone for Pizza Hut and then transfer them over so they can make them since they are so busy. I don’t know about you but that seemed suspicious. But we got off the phone with her when she said the wait will be an 45 minutes. It passed an hour and it was about to be two hours and the pizza never came. So we get to calling them but no one answers the phone. After so many times of calling them. We called one last time and waited for them to answer. As we were waiting we ordered something else but off the website. When we just paid for the other order the same lady we talked to for the first order answered. She told us she doesn’t know where our food is at once they send it down to the pizza place that’s it they can’t see it any more. When she was done telling us that she put us through to the actual Pizza Hut. It only but they would not answer the phone and it hung up after ringing and being on the phone waiting for them to answer for 22-23 minutes. Through all that we never got the first or the second order.
Didn’t answer the phone. I called twice.
Now a jab at Pizza Hut as a whole! Literally had enough marinara for like 2 bread sticks! And now you have to buy the pepper? Pizza Hut is getting cheap. Last time for sure...
