Disappointed in the service
Granted there process has changed due to the pandemic but the benefit of placing an order online is to cut the account of wait time.
They had two lines at the door. One for walk-ups and the other was for those who placed an order online. I had placed my order a few hours before so I was expecting it when I arrived. I arrived early so I won't hold it against them but once it hit the time for pickup the clock was running. Multiple walk-ups and several other online orders who arrived after me presumably who set there time the same as mine or later got there order first. 15 minutes after my original order time and 25 minutes total because I arrived early I got my order.
The sandwiches are excellent though.
