I loved ordering from Jasmine Express but recently the food quality has been poor. Even my tea tasted off : ( I ordered simple bbq pork fried rice and orange chicken yet it had a really weird taste. I go crazy for Chinese food even when its trash panda express but something about this taste was SO off that I couldn't continue. Shortly after eating I felt nauseous. I stopped and later took a few bites out of the food to once again feel nauseous.

Don’t do it... I spoke to an employee today and I wanted to know why there’s a huge graphic display covering the kitchen it honestly makes customers question the integrity of the kitchen staff and whether they’re wearing a face mask, whether they’re wearing gloves, whether they’re handling the food properly which I’ve discovered in my multiple pick ups that multiple health code violations are taking place what amazes me the most is they are still in business. This restaurant has an A rating with the health district. Today when I asked the employee why this sign was covering the kitchen he stated ”the cooks do not like to be watched”. Also there were no use by date on any of the Boba tea powders facing the front entrance and most of the containers looked as if they hadn’t been washed in weeks it actually looks like they just run low on powder and continue to dump more powder in the dirty container. Lastly there is an employee who works there an elder woman who is usually cooking in the back making soups and such who thinks it is acceptable to taste the food with the same spoon she stirs the food with. This is my first time to Vegas. My friends and I looked up a place to eat and we decided to come here. Even during the times of COVID they were still very polite. The customer service experience throughout our dinning experience was outstanding! But let’s not forget about the food, WOW! It was delicious and so much I couldn’t complete it while dinning in. Great place to eat at.

I ordered from uber eats. It was very good except for the shrimp In the vermicelli could have had some flavor. They really actually tasted like water. Anyhow good good and it arrived warm when it was 25 minutes away from the house.
