We ordered a pizza online and the driver, Juan delivered to my next door neighbor's house. I get it. Mistakes happen. Called this store and I got a nice apology and a free order of lava cakes plus a new order of the pizza we ordered. The driver showed back up but no apology. Not hard at all to say "sorry, my bad." Finally, the original order had a little cup of the garlic butter dipping sauce which got lost, I assume. I know the last part seems petty, but attention to detail is important. We did not get what we ordered, our neighbors did.
Hit or miss, my pizza has come out cold 2 out of 3 orders and the soda room temperature. Nothing is more refreshing than a nice glass of warm soda on a hot summer's night.
I love Domino's I order pizza every other day.

We just ordered from this place and the experience was AWFUL! WE waited outside for 23 minutes and nobody never came out. The order was supposed to be Contactless. So, we had to go inside to get the 2 Large pizzas we ordered and they didn’t even apologized. They also forgot to give us the dipping sauce. The pizza was cold and extremely hard/burned. So I called the store and the mgr Bethzy said that there’s gonna be a credit for next time. So, they’re forcing us to buy a pizza again with them when we do not even want it! Be aware of this place. This place used to be decent, but now has gone down the hill.
