I enjoy going to this gym, I have not tried the classes yet, but the equipment is varied and well maintained.
It's 24 hours and you can sweat when you want. Staff is awesome and it is a clean place. Good job
All the basics for a good workout. 1st class cardio and weight machines. Enough free weights and benches to go around. Foam rollers, resistance bands and bosu balls available near the TRX station. Sadly, the water resistance toeing machine has been out of order lately. Sweat towels provided, but bring your own shower towel if you plan to use the showers. Natural light from big front windows but back of the deep storage seems a little dark. Sauna is tiny, but feels great--be sure to turn it on before your workout so it will be hot.
