I bought my wedding dress here for my September 26th wedding, and I am blown away by how well they took care of me. Alterations were great, and they even took the time to fix up my veil even better than what I originally requested! My dress was absolutely stunning and I felt as beautiful as an angel on my wedding day!!

There was an excellent selection of dresses. There were a few people in the shop with different appointments, everyone got special attention and Kim had so much patience with everyone. The service was fantastic, the alterations were timely and the dresses are beautiful.

I was happy with the customer service when looking for and choosing my wedding dress. I mostly worked with the Owner and she was very responsive and helpful. However, I was less than thrilled with the alterations process. We had to make an extra appointment to finalize alterations after things were not completed for prior appointments and to fix issues that needed to be addressed. In the end not all alterations were completed to my satisfaction: issues with added cups and the hem was still too long for the kitten heels I wore for the appointments. The day of my wedding I ended up having to swap into some back-up heels in order to feel confident I would not trip for my entrance and first dance at the reception. I have had alterations on formal gowns elsewhere without issue so was left a little disappointed with the process and the final fit of the dress. Overall would not hesitate to shop for a formal event dress here, they have a unique selection that I did not see elsewhere.

Going to this bridal shop was a wonderful experience for any bride that wants the Kleinfeld Experience. The shop itself has an amazing range of bridesmaid dresses, wedding gowns, and mother of the bride dresses. There are so many new pieces coming in and the dresses that are there are beautiful. Many different styles (ball gown, trumpet, princess, classic), fabric types, and designs. There are also many brand name dresses here that can be altered to your tastes. While the selection is amazing, the staff is as well. Making sure you have someone to cater to you and attend to you while shopping, trying on, and finding “the dress”. If having champagne is something you want for when you’re shopping this is the place. While other shops in the area charge a fee for this experience, it is the norm here.nAs this is a one stop shop, I will be buying my bridesmaids dresses, mother of bride/groom dresses, and tuxes here. It was truly a wonderful experience that I would recommend to everyone who wants a personalized session without the distraction of 10 other brides.
