My experience dealing with Latrobe Ford was very good. Phillip Welch was very courteous and cordial. The owner of the business made it a point to sit down with us and chat. He was very open and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealer.
The car salesman I dealt with (BradS) was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest! I love my new vehicle! I cannot even put into words how thankful I truly am to him and his team for helping me get into my Ford EcoSport. I called last week to make an appointment in service to have spark plugs put in my Expedition. Late model with straight plugs. Chris quoted me a price of $700 which seemed extremely exorbitant. As it turns out, it was. I bought plugs for $48 and my son installed them in just over an hour. Needless to say, I won't be visiting that service department ever.....
...although Latrobe Ford gives good repair work the counter people in service do not / will not wear a mask. because I am concerned about covid19 I cannot go there.
I bought a newer car not brand new but newer. There are marks on my headlight and the bumper was changed out and its a totally different color. They knew about it and failed to mention it. So when we called about it they say there is nothing they can do. How nice!!
