To the gentleman that got my prescription ready at closing time, thank you! I really appreciate what you did, and I have a a hard time getting in there because I work 12hrs a day 6 per week. You made me feel good because that's what i do for my customers that is why I can't get in there. You may have not thought that it meant much but it did. You need to be recognized for what you did. I was there Sept 1st right at 6:00. Your employer should thank you because you really did take care of a customer instead of send me away. I've never seen a store with such unfriendly/rude staff. I used to do occasional light grocery shopping there but after many negative expediences I won't even stop there for cigarettes unless I absolutely have to - and I live across the street. My parents who are in their mid 60s even said they were treated extremely poorly by everyone from the pharmacist to the cashiers. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, this is without a doubt the worst Rite Aide I've ever been to.
