It's impossible to find anyone at a register to replace bf you up and returns can only Giant Eagle made at 1 register that was downstairs

The store is well set up and a lot of choices but its not the same as it was 10 years ago. Quality of the clothes seem down a bit and prices are all over the place.

I would give JC Penny 0 stars if I could. I understand COVID-19 is slowing everything down but I've been waiting 2 months for my mattress. Plus, they charged then deposited $630 to my account off and on for 2 weeks. I'm 22 years old so $630 is quite alot of money to be playing around with. I will never be going through JC Penny again.

Found some excellent bargains in the kids department.

I've been shopping here for years and think it's a good store. The associates are always friendly and helpful.
