Honestly such an amazing place to buy a car, went there a couple weeks ago to buy my mom a car and they are the nicest people I ever dealt with. Extremely nice, answers any questions you have and they explain things to you, whether you have 1 question or 100 they don't get irritated, they live for customer service which no dealerships do that anymore. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car! Only downside is they won't do any negotiating, the price is firm on their vehicles. Which isn't a big deal because they are priced very reasonable
I found the exact car I've been searching for here at Pinnacle (2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, loaded with AWD). I was searching a 2 hour radius and they were right at the edge. Joe called and made sure it sounded like a good fit before I drove that far. Bernie made the sales experience enjoyable & I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in. Jennifer handled all the paperwork very efficiently. I was out of there in about 1.5 hours! It would have been less time but I needed registered in both PA & OH. This car is wonderful! I keep finding new things to love about it. I have already recommended Pinnacle to my family and will certainly return for future cars.

These folks were honest, sincere, and kind from start to finish. They provided detailed and accurate information, answered every question I had thoroughly, and were not pushy. I purchased my 2017 Jeep Compass a few days ago, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I got a fantastic deal - definitely the best in the surrounding area. They were fair with valuing my trade in. I would absolutely recommend them, and I hope to do business with them again in the future!

We had a great experience with the whole team. We worked with Joe mainly but the whole team made it a quick transaction. We traded truck for van. Our two small children were apart of the day too so it was very helpful to make it a quick transaction. We even had a small issue, but Joe took care of the payment to get it fixed. Cannot wait to do future business with them!
