Smail Honda

9/18/20- This was my second visit to Smail and they were beyond courteous and honest that they have solidified to me that they will be my dealer of choice for all of my car needs. I was going in for an A 1 service on my 2019 Accord which was an oil change and tire rotation, I also had a low tire pressure light on. They knew about my prepaid maintenance plan and I was aware that the tire rotation was not covered and that was okay with me. I went to their express lane service and it took about an hour for everything. My service man was so nice and pleasant. They even washed my car for me free of charge. When he returned the keys to me we went over the multi point inspection together which was on a beautiful color printout. He informed me all 4 tires were at the same depth and were wearing evenly so they didn’t rotate the tires to save me some money. They were so honest about the services they performed and it was so comforting to have a dealer actually check something and use some common sense to save a customer money and save time of waiting for something that didn’t need to be done. The whole service department had masks on and so did the rest of the dealership which was really comforting to see. I’m so glad I found this dealership and I will continue to gladly drive the 45 minutes it takes me to get there to deal with an outstanding team. Thank you for all your hardwork.

Kim Johnson from start to finish provided me with the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and at home. I had a very serious wreck which I was recovering from mentally and physically, she understood and was so empathetic and empowering whenever I was at quite a low point. I cannot say enough about how special Kim is. Everyone was very nice to me there, the facility is very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it over and over to anyone looking for a car.

Smail Honda did an absolutely fantastic job with our purchase. We went in to look at a 2 year old Ridgeline. The team was great in answering our questions and their finance team are top notch. They were able to get a rate for us lower than our own credit union. After purchase, Justin made sure to explain all the bells and whistles as well as call and check up on how the truck was driving. We will be back again for our next vehicle.

The entire experience was fabulous! The salesman was more than willing to let me test drive several cars until I found the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable about all models. The finance man was extremely thorough and explained the warranty. The saleswomen who went over the car was very informative and detailed.

I had a few services done on my Honda Civic today! As always Brandon was great! Keeps me updated and gets me out quickly. I had auto butler done. My car looks AMAZING!! It always looks nice but today was exceptional!! Not sure of his name! But he does great work!! My car is so shiny inside and out! Just like a brand new car! Thank you for the great job!!!
