We needed service done because the check engine light had come on in our vehicle. (That's a whole other story - Volkswagen's warranty is a joke and you can plan on making numerous calls and spending hours on hold) So we contacted Sendell and left a message to see when we could bring the vehicle in. 2 days go by and we don't hear back. So I call them and I get someone on the phone who tells me that he can't get the vehicle in for a couple of weeks. I totally understand if a place is busy - good for them. However it is a bit frustrating that we can't even get a phone call back to say that they are backed up - hence my rating. After we learned how long it would be, we ended up going to Cochran who was communicative and able to get us in quickly.
