Update November 2020:nWe continue to receive great service from Keith and the Kia service team. We just suffered an out of character issue with my husbands kia and Keith engaged with the proper channels and took action proactively. It's so refreshing to to be treated like a valued customer, like Smail always does.nnWe had another great experience at Smail Service, this time with Keith and company in the Kia division. Since we've lived in the area we've had all of our vehicles (Yukon, Terrain, Pilot, and Optima) serviced exclusively at Smail and we have always been happy with how they handle everything!

Jeff Markle was fantastic i got my first car through him the first time and now that i have another car . He made sure that anything i needed. but my car was still dirty inside i ask for it to be swept out this isn't on Jeff Markle but the guy up at the car dealer . Jeff Markle needs a raise or something he is fantanstic with all my cars. i only go to see him my parents got there cars from him as well that tells you how awesome he is. I always tell everyone who i looking for a car Go To Jeff Markle up at Kia Smail. but i need to have something in return because they didnt sweep my car out

Excellent on - time service.nAll persons friendly and knowledgeable.nCustomer amenities are great despite the covid19 problems.nYou took the time to do the jobs RIGHT !nThat is why you alone work on my KIA Soul.nWhat more could I ask for !

They are very caring people and they only wish the best for you and your vehicle. I've had the pleasure of going down there the last 1.5 years and I've never left unsatisfied with the work the technicians have done and the service advisors have treated me. Always good service with them.

The manager Don was most helpful in finding the vehicle with the features we required. The salesman Jeff Hobbs was friendly and knowledgeable. A nice employee named Susan was very helpful in exchanging the vehicles and explaining features. Dylan Hewitt made all that document signing as painless as possible. The overall experience has been efficient and effective. We look forward to a three (3) year relationship with Smail Kia. Our new 2020 Optima ex premium is, so far, everything we wanted in a new car.
