Working with Pat Sand was a delight. He was very accommodating to my schedule and need for my car to be picked up and to provide me with a loaner. The service was done timely.
Dropped car off for inspection and they found a small problem but fixed it within the time frame of my appointment and actually saved me a little on the tire rotation. NOTE: Tire rotations should be free since they have the tires off the vehicle anyways, so offer it as an added incentive to come to this dealership. Otherwise it was a good experience.nThey washed the car afterwards so that was nice.
