Service: Thank you to Troy and staff for a wonderful first time service experience. I was impressed at how I was treated despite the fact that I did not purchase my Cadillac from this dealership and the car is still under warranty.nI was given a new SUV loaner for 2 days, car problem was fixed & car was washed. I will be back for future service needs.

An incredible price was posted on the internet. My wife was excited about it and called the dealership. She has pictures of the listing and everything. Scott Seanor told her she was “nuts for thinking they would sell it for that price!”. Bait and switch? Honest mistake? Doesn’t matter now, that was unprofessional, disrespectful and disappointing.

Smail did everything possible to get me into my new vehicle. My salesman, Nick, went above and beyond and spent significant time with me and was endlessly patient, professional and helpful. After completing the transaction, Nick spend so much time with me in the car to explain every single option as well as connecting my OnStar and XM. It is obvious that the Smail dealership has a laser focused customer service culture and I could not be happier that I decided to make the drive to Greensburg and I will highly recommend Smail and Nick - THANK YOU !!
