Very affordable service. Way cheaper than the other two Volvo dealers in the area. They even picked up my car and left a loaner (a brand new and fully loaded one) at no charge. The customer service was very good, and all the work was done within a day. Definitely would recommend!

I drove 6+ hours from NY to get my XC90 here. Jon who was my sales person took really good care of me. He did not try to market anything or convince me to buy. Honestly, I think he is one of the best sales person I have ever dealt with. It was worth the 6 hour drive and would do it again when its time for a new Volvo. Also, Jon made sure the car was on great condition before I took the vehicle. Jon also helped me return my rental car and treated me to lunch.
Just had a great experience purchasing a new Volvo XC60 from Jonathan - Sales/Assistant Manager. He was very knowledgeable of the product and provided great customer service while we were there. The showroom was very nice as well... it kind of felt like being in a living room with the couches, chairs, TV and mini bar area with snack and drinks. This kept our kids entertained. The Sales Manager, Dick was also great. If you're looking to purchase a new Volvo, I would highly recommend Star Volvo.
