The whole experience was fairly fast and easy. I appreciated that I was able to get a quote online without entering any information more personal than an e-mail address. I also appreciated that in the weeks that followed - as I was trying to decide what to do - I only got a few follow up e-mails. (As opposed to being bombarded with dozens of messages.)nWhen I booked an appointment, I promptly got a confirmation call, and was advised that the price quote provided online did not include fees related to title transfer, etc. The day of the appointment, I was in and out the door in about 45-minutes. The check I got ended up being almost $600 less than the online quote, but was still competitive with what I expected the car to sell for. The experience was hassle free, and that was what I wanted.

I cannot imagine taking a car anywhere else to sell. Don is as friendly and professional as one can get. The price offered for my car was exceptionally fair and I accepted it on the spot. I highly recommend giving Don a call if you have a car for sale.

My car was in decent shape for a 2011 buy the transmission decided to die. I wasn't about to sink a couple thousand into it considering the age, but I was not gonna take scrap price either. This was a good compromise. Donald was very nice and up front about how the value was calculated. Definitely a great and convenient place to sell a car.

Donald was very pleasant and great to work with. I believe I got a fair price on my 2012 F150 considering the mileage and issues that it had. The whole process took less than an hour and eliminated the hassle of selling privately. Would definitely recommend
