Great trails! Very runnable, rolling terrain. Very forgiving compared to some other area trails.
Very well established trails with good marking though based on some maps seems the trail names have changed. Cheeky chipmunk trail is new and the Brien Palmer seems to be the same as the Hornbeam based on old maps, bit overall a good easy way to go up to 3.6 miles with only a couple slightly steeper areas that might not classify as easy
Nice, quiet and relaxing! Having grown up in Pleasant Valley long before the park was there, I'm glad the some of the beauty is going to be preserved.
The place is nice just beware of the 'upper class' attitude. Yes, there are leash laws but this place is specifically stated on the Murrysville website that leash laws dont apply.nnMe and my girl friend got a lot of backlash for having our dog off-leash even though it's legal. Just be prepared for that... you'll have to kindly correct everyone while getting dirty looks - its really annoying.nnOther than that, long trails and a great work out where you might go an hour without running into anyone along the way.
Really nice dog park with turf field. Its smaller than most other dog parks I've visited but makes up for it in cleanliness and no mud after a rain.
