I was greeted promptly and they pulled up the work order. I was advised it would be about an hour or so, and was offered transportation, but I chose to wander around the showroom and waiting area. The truck was ready on time, and the fix they did has worked and it is running fine. I am very satisfied.

Josh did a wonderful job of explaining my options when comparing the 2 vehicles I was interested in. To tell you the truth, I have not owned a Chevy for awhile. I walked out with one that day and I'm glad I did. Process was pretty quick and painless. You had a pretty nice selection of both cars and trucks (with multiple options). I also never felt any pressure to do anything I did not want to do!
